Define structure of the HCGI Website
The HCGI website has been designed using Joomla 1.6. Joomla 1.6 is built on xhtml, , ajax (javascript & xml) Cascadding Style Sheets (CSS). The site is Logically laid out, print friendly, designed with the end user in mind. Their is extensive search functionality as the main purpose of the site is to connect people with the types of properties they are interested in.
Accessibility Features
Large Font for ease of reading, extensive search functions, apart from the events section tables were not used to design the HCGI website. Alt tags and logical titles have been added to all pages and images for those with specific needs and for ease of use and understanding of all our website visitor.

The aim of the website was to made accessible to all people regardless of ability. To this end we have designed this website to follow guidelines set out by the W3C (the World Wide Web Consortium).
